Personalized To Thine Own Self Be True Sobriety Sign | Wooden Recovery Medallion Holder

A daily reminder of the promise at the heart of recovery. This handcrafted wooden sign carries the words To Thine Own Self Be True around the classic triangle, with layered mountains and a rising sun cut and stacked by hand. The sun doubles as a medallion holder, so the newest chip is always front and center.

Personalized with a name and sobriety date, it makes a meaningful gift for a one-year anniversary, a milestone birthday, or a quiet way to honor someone's journey. Hang it on the wall or lean it on a shelf where it can be seen every day.

Why it makes a meaningful gift

• To Thine Own Self Be True around the classic triangle, with layered mountains and a rising sun
• The sun holds their newest medallion, front and center
• Their name and sobriety date engraved, so it feels made just for them
• Hangs on the wall or leans on a shelf
• Handcrafted to order and shipped in 3 to 5 business days

Approximately 11.5 inches across. Medallion shown is not included. If this one is for you, we made it with you in mind too.

How to Order
Enter the name and sobriety date in the personalization box exactly as you would like them to appear (e.g., "Sophia", "03.25.20"). Double check your spelling, as we engrave it exactly as typed.

Color Accuracy
Please note that due to differences in monitor displays, screen brightness, and lighting conditions, the actual colors of your final personalized product may vary slightly from the digital mockups or photos seen on your screen.

Wood & Laser Engraving Characteristics
Because laser cutting and engraving are heat-based processes, minor burn marks, slight charring, and natural color variations along the edges or engraved areas are completely normal. These characteristics are an expected part of the production process and highlight the authentic, handcrafted nature of our wooden items.
