Shipping policy

Processing Time
Every SimplyEmari piece is made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for me to create your item before it ships. Personalized orders go into production quickly, so please double-check names, dates and spelling before checking out.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times (United States)
Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days): $8.00, or FREE on orders of $65 or more.
Express Shipping (1 to 2 business days): $15.00.

Delivery times begin once your order ships and do not include the 3 to 5 business day processing time. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Where I Ship
I currently ship within the United States.

Order Tracking
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Ordering for an Occasion
If you need your order by a specific date, please add the processing time and the shipping time together when you order, and consider choosing Express Shipping. Feel free to reach out before ordering and I will tell you honestly if I can meet your date.

Wrong Address or Lost Packages
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please contact me and I will help you work with the carrier.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, contact me through the Contact Us page within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. I will send a free replacement and cover the shipping.
