Thank you for supporting SimplyEmari. As a small business specializing in handcrafted items, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
Please note: We do not offer refunds to the original method of payment.
1. Eligibility Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. After 30 days, all sales are considered final.
2. Return Conditions To be eligible for an exchange or credit, your item must be:
- Unused and unwashed.
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In the original packaging with tags attached.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit:
Personalized or Custom Items: Items made specifically for you (names, custom dates, etc.).
Seasonal Items: Holiday-specific merchandise.
Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale."
Gift Cards.
4. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Shipping: If you are exchanging an item, you will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item sent to you.
5. How to Initiate an Exchange
- Email us at shopsimplyemari@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Let us know if you would like to exchange for a specific item or receive store credit.
- Once approved, we will send you the return address.
- Once we receive your return, we will issue you a Store Credit (Gift Card) for the full value of the item, which you can use to purchase your new item on our website.
6. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. In the specific case of a damaged/defective item, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the shipping costs.
